The partnership comes at a pivotal moment as Topcon Healthcare accelerates its tele-eyecare strategy to support the government’s Rural Health Transformation initiative. As a leading provider of eye screening services in primary care, Topcon Healthcare is enabling more patients to enter the eyecare ecosystem earlier, thereby driving demand for continuous, remote disease management. RemoniHealth has developed the first enterprise platform for comprehensive remote monitoring and care continuity in eye care. The platform integrates clinically validated home-based diagnostic and monitoring tests with the industry’s first principal care management service purpose-built for ophthalmology and optometry.

By connecting eye care providers, care managers, and patients, RemoniHealth enables continuous disease surveillance and coordinated long-term management for chronic conditions such as age-related macular degeneration (AMD), diabetic retinopathy (DR), glaucoma, and other progressive diseases.

This strategic partnership expands Topcon Healthcare’s home monitoring and connected-care vision by combining Topcon’s global leadership in imaging, AI analytics, and interoperable platforms with RemoniHealth’s remote-monitoring technology.
