What does a typical day at Topcon look like?
“Every day at Topcon is different, which keeps things exciting. Working in HR allows me to get involved in a bunch of different things, such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations and more. A lot of my days generally involve assisting employees, but I also get to work on different projects, such as employee engagement, community outreach and making Topcon the best place to work.”

Educational Assistance Reimbursement

The Company encourages personal development through formal education so that employees can both maintain and improve job related skills or enhance their ability to compete for reasonably attainable jobs within the organization. Therefore, the Company will provide an educational assistance reimbursement for full-time employees who have completed at least one (1) year of service with the Company.
