Upcoming Webinar: Enhancing Myopia Management Through the Use of Biometry and Topography

How will enhancing myopia management care impact your primary care practice flow?

When?

March 24, 2022 from 5-6pm PST / 8-9pm PST.

Why attend?

Axial length and topography measurements are not typically acquired during a primary eye care examination. However, these parameters are essential to advance myopia management clinical practice and to set achievable goals and expectations for both the clinician and the patient. Join Jeffrey Krohn, OD, to learn about how his multi-doctor optometry practice was able to significantly enhance their clinical care without compromising efficiency or speed in gathering essential ocular parameters needed to diagnose, educate and treat patients with myopia.

You will learn:

  • How axial length can be introduced into the “pre-examination” testing
  • How to present advanced measurements as part of the treatment discussion
  • How topography and other corneal measurements can streamline specialty contact lens fitting
  • How to develop a follow-up protocol that is logical for patients, parents, and clinicians
